Dashboard

While I contributed to numerous features of the trainee portal, I'll focus on the dashboard section here due to time constraints. This section highlights my work on improving user experience and functionality in Drill 2.0's dashboard.

Target Users

SDE Trainees

Prospective software engineers with basic coding skills.

They join DRILL Industry Immersion Program to stand out in the job market and enhance employability.

Challenges

  • Trainees often cannot locate learning resources easily.

  • Trainees often forget the deadlines and they have to create reminders each time when there is a task/deadline assigned to them.

  • Trainees want to find out their schedule more easily but currently, they have to track Slack chat history and open up the syllabus.
